Prices by country

Starting prices for a light parcel (up to 0.5 kg for pickup points, up to 1–2 kg for home delivery), VAT included.

Prices by weight

The price depends on the weight of your parcel: the products plus about 200 g of packaging. Most sets, minifigures and parts orders weigh less than 2 kg. Maximum weight per parcel is 30 kg (25 kg for some countries – shown as “—”).

All prices include 21% Belgian VAT.

Delivery times

Good to know

• Choose your pickup point at checkout. When you select “Pickup point / Locker”, a map opens so you can pick the location; the order can only be placed once a point is chosen. Very large boxes may not fit in a locker – choose a pickup point for those.
• Tracking for every parcel. You receive the tracking details by e-mail as soon as your parcel is on its way.
• Valuable orders are insured at no extra cost to you.
• Orders over €500 are shipped to your home by bpost or UPS, fully insured. Pickup points are not available for these orders.
• Free shipping applies to the pickup point or locker option only. Home delivery is always charged.
• Pickup in Pepingen is free and available for Belgian addresses; we contact you after your order to agree on a time.
• Year-end: from 27 November to 24 December, bpost home delivery in Belgium costs €1.50 more (bpost’s year-end supplement).
• Something wrong with your parcel when it arrives? Please contact us within 72 hours with a photo, so we can file a claim with the carrier. See also Returns & Refunds.
