Good to know

  • Your order is confirmed and prepared as soon as the payment is confirmed. Most methods are confirmed instantly.
  • Bank transfer: please use your order number as the reference. We ship as soon as the amount has reached our account (usually 1–2 working days).
  • PayPal is the only method with a fee (3% of the order total including shipping), always shown at checkout before you pay.
