Do you buy for your company, shop, school, club or another organisation? Then these additional terms apply to your order, together with our general Terms & Conditions.

Version vom 25. Oktober 2026

1. When these terms apply

  • These terms apply to every purchase made for the purposes of a trade, business, craft or profession, or on behalf of an organisation such as a company, a self-employed person, a school, a club or an association (a “professional customer”). They apply whether or not you have a professional account.
  • Our general Terms & Conditions also apply. If they differ, these terms take precedence. The rules in the general terms that protect consumers – in particular the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity for consumers – do not apply to professional customers.
  • Your own purchasing terms or general conditions do not apply, unless we have accepted them in writing.

2. Professional account

  • You can apply for a professional account in Mein Konto under Professional account. We check your details – including your VAT number in the European Commission’s VIES system – and may accept or refuse an application.
  • Once your account is approved, prices are shown excluding VAT.
  • You confirm that the details you give us are correct and that you are authorised to order on behalf of your organisation. Please let us know straight away if anything changes, such as your VAT number or address.

3. Prices and VAT

  • Customers in Belgium, and professional customers without a valid EU VAT number, pay Belgian VAT.
  • If you have a valid VAT number in another EU country and the goods are delivered to that country, we invoice without VAT as an intra-Community supply (reverse charge). You then account for the VAT in your own country.
  • If we invoiced without VAT on the basis of incorrect details, or the conditions for a VAT-free supply turn out not to be met, we may charge the VAT afterwards.

4. Orders and payment

  • Orders are paid in advance with one of the payment methods offered at checkout, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
  • For larger quantities we may limit the number of items per order or ask you to contact us first.
  • If an invoice is not paid on time, late-payment interest and a fixed compensation for recovery costs are due automatically, as provided by the Belgian Act of 2 August 2002 on combating late payment in commercial transactions.
  • The goods remain our property until the full price has been paid.

5. Delivery and checking your order

  • Delivery times are estimates. A delay does not entitle you to compensation or to cancel the order, unless the delay is unreasonable and you have first given us a reasonable extra period.
  • Please check your order as soon as you receive it. Report visible damage, missing items or wrong items within 7 days of delivery, with photos and your order number, to info@behobby.com. After that period, the delivery is considered accepted for anything that could reasonably have been noticed on inspection.

6. Returns

  • Professional customers have no right of withdrawal.
  • We do not accept returns of items that you ordered by mistake or no longer need.
  • Wrong, missing or defective items are handled as described in sections 5 and 7. Please contact us before sending anything back – items returned without our agreement may be refused.

7. Guarantee and defects

  • We guarantee that the items match their description on the product page at the time of delivery. For used items, signs of use and other points mentioned in the description are not defects.
  • Report hidden defects that could not be noticed on delivery promptly, and no later than 2 months after you discover them. We are not liable for defects reported more than 12 months after delivery for new items, or more than 4 weeks after delivery for used items.
  • If an item is defective or does not match its description, we will – at our choice – supply the missing or correct part, replace the item, or refund the price of the item. These are your only remedies, except where the law does not allow them to be limited.
  • Defects caused by normal wear, wrong use, changes or storage by you are not covered.

8. Liability

Our total liability towards a professional customer is limited to the amount invoiced for the items concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, such as lost profit, lost turnover, lost data or damage claims from your own customers. These limits do not apply in the case of fraud, intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

9. Resale

If you resell items, you are responsible for complying with the rules that apply to your sales, including product safety information, warnings and the trademark rights of the LEGO Group. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorise or endorse BeHobby.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna, 1980) does not apply. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Brussels. We always try to find a solution together first – contact us at info@behobby.com.
