Shipping costs and gift cards do not earn points.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Log in before you order.<\/strong> Only orders and reviews you place while logged in to your BeHobby account earn points. Orders placed as a guest (without an account) do not earn points, and points cannot be added to them afterwards.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>When do points arrive?<\/strong> Order points are added once your order has been shipped. If an order is cancelled, refunded or returned, the points for that order are removed again.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Reviews.<\/strong> Only customers who bought the product can leave a review, and each product can earn review points once. We give the same points for every review that meets our guidelines, whatever the rating. We never edit reviews or remove them because they are negative.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Sharing.<\/strong> Share points are added when you click a share button on this page. Please only share with people who may be interested.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Validity.<\/strong> Points are valid for 12 months after you earn them.
